Saw DZ on Saturday, my first gig in a fair while and it was awesome! Made my way to the front because I knew it would be prime position for some brutal head banging and the music didn’t disappoint, Shane and Simon take punk and a touch of electro and turn it up to 11!!
The crowd were handed the skull masks and once put on, it seems as if you’ve been handed an acid trip which the strobe lights didn’t help at all. My elastic broke off my mask so after the show I got one of the security to go up and get me a new one from the box up on stage which I then later got Shane to sign at The Ed Castle where he and a few guys from Velociraptor were DJing after the gig.
All in all I had a fucking blast and would highly recommend any punk/rock/metal fan to go check them out!
